Specialists in CNC manufacturing are experts in designing, programming, and operating computer-controlled machines to produce precision parts and components for a wide range of industries and applications. They use computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to create 3D models and instructions that guide the CNC machines in cutting, drilling, milling, and shaping various materials such as metal, plastic, and wood. CNC manufacturing plays a crucial role in modern manufacturing, as it allows for high accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency in producing complex and customized parts.

With over 30 years of experience in CNC Production, we are committed to both small and large manufacturing projects and are continually looking for unique and interesting ideas.
We are passionate about large scale projects and complex assembly structures, we like to be involved in the design and development of ideas and offer a turnkey package including the 3d scanning, engineering and production of projects. We pride ourselves on repeatability, accuracy and quality. We can produce simple shapes, large scale structures right through to complex double sided, double curvature parts.
Our services are used by archaeologists to perfectly replicate items recovered in searches. An example of this type of job has come from clients dealing with ship wrecks where delicate artifacts have laid on the sea bed for hundreds of years. In a project called ‘History from the sea’, we were asked to replicate a bronze axe with high resolution accuracy. Initially we laser scanned the artifact, capturing the models 3D data. This data was then opened in our innovative 3D CNC programming software to be checked, and if necessary cleaned up. The data was then sent to our CNC machine, replicating the bronze axe perfectly.
With our capacity for high run CNC manufacture, we also supply to clients with a need for retail products in the thousands. We have manufactured wooden products such as kitchen utensils, handbag fittings, jewelry and instrument parts. On the whole, CAD CAM is utilized for these high run CNC components. The client will either supply us with their own CAD CAM 3D renders in the correct file type or give us representational drawings of the item that needs to be manufactured and we convert these into CAD CAM prior to CNC manufacture.
