CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery is a type of manufacturing equipment that is operated through a computer program. It uses a variety of tools and processes to shape raw materials into finished products, such as metal, wood, plastics, and composite materials. CNC machines can be used for cutting, drilling, milling, lathing, and other precision machining tasks. They offer precise control over speed, direction, and positioning of the tool, delivering a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and repeatability. CNC machinery is used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, and consumer products
Due to our experience – We provide manufacturing solutions to companies and organizations across the Globe for both small and large batch quantities.
We have laser scanning facility. We also have a network of suppliers that can laser scan large objects and create CAD assemblies. Once we have the CAD data or scan data, we then CNC manufacture out of materials such as wood, stone, plastics and nylons , few projects are beyond the scope of our skill base.
We have the answers to fully automate the carving of wood products by CNC machining – giving precision and perfection to the end product. We CNC machine almost any shape using techniques that can cut complex surfaces without compromise on quality.
CNC Product Development Consultation:
As production Engineers, we can assist in technical decisions for your project from design to manufacture. Once we know your requirements we can help you through the process speeding up and making your Product manufactured to the most efficient way
- Product development
- Fine Art and sculpture development
- CNC profiling:
3D Laser Scanning:
For example, to CNC a church restoration project, you would need to have a design plan in place and a CNC machine capable of cutting the necessary materials. The first step would be to create a digital model of the design using CAD software. Then, the design can be exported to the CNC machine to produce the necessary cuts and shapes. It’s important to ensure that the CNC machine is calibrated correctly and that the materials being cut are suitable for the project.
We are able to laser scan smaller objects in house. If you need larger objects scanning, such as the human body or architectural pieces, we have specialists in our network that can scan objects of any size.
- Artists that want small maquettes realizing in wood or stone at larger sizes.
- Components for musical instruments, handbag fittings, furnitures, carvings, gunstocks, handles, kitchen appliances.
Reproductions from Laser Scans:
Once an object has been scanned and cleaned up with our software, we take the computer shape and CNC carve it out of wood or other material.
- Hard woods
- Soft woods
- Stone and Marbles
- Nylons
- Plastics
3D CNC Carving:
If you already have your object scanned, we can produce by CNC the object in almost any material of your choice. If you don’t have the object scanned we can do it for you.
CNC Wood Cutting & CNC Turning:
we cut all shapes including turned products, cutting wood precisely to given drawing sizes.
CNC Routing:
Routed parts using special tooling and purpose ground router bits perfect for precision and complex 3d carving and edge profiling
CAD CAM (Computer-Aided Design, Computer-Aided Manufacturing):
We can manufacture wooden components and products from your CAD CAM designs for all types of retail market products
V Caring of True Type Fonts:
V-carve cutting is a type of CNC carving technique that uses a V-shaped cutting tool to create intricate designs and sharp details in materials such as wood, plastic, and metal. This technique is commonly used in woodworking, sign making, and engraving.
An excellent solution for sign makers, we can do sign making in wood and stone
To whom it may concern,
I’m a recent graduate of product design and am wanting to venture out and start up my own business.
I’m currently looking for a company to firstly produce a prototype of the product and secondly become a supplier. From what I have seen on your website, I think you’re exactly what I’m after. I do however just have one initial question before we proceed. The materials you list as ‘possible’, are these supplied by yourselves or would I need to source these and get them to you?
Kind regards,
HJ Simmons
