We are a Lancashire based company supplying services worldwide.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please contact us and remember to attach your sketches, DXF, DWG, IGES and STL files for quoting purposes.

PRICES
We quote based on an hourly rate for both one offs, large and small quantities, there are usually set up fee’s for one off prototype projects. This charge can however be offset against a large quantity order.

LEAD TIMES
Lead time is around 4 – 6 weeks for new projects, for repeat orders we can usually quote 1 -2 weeks to proceed with orders where repeat batch quantities are required.

For CAD CAM modeling and CNC programming we can also outsource this work to reduce leadtimes, enabling us to take on large complex construction or assembly work.

For Design work we may need to create samples which can be offset against the final invoice payment. We regularly attend meetings and design reviews, often to add out input into the principle of ‘Design for Manufacture’, this input can become invaluable when costing up large projects. We make recommendations to lower the cost and add to the feasibility of projects.

Our design software can also convert files in the formats :
.prt .fem .sim .afm .udf .asm .par .psm .pwd .plmxmf .bkm .xpk .jt

.igs .iges .step .stp .dxf .dwg

.model .catpart .catproduct ._x_t ._x_b .xmt_txt .xmt_bin .sldprt .sidasm
